INGREDIENTS:
ikan duri@catfish
onion,garlic,ginger- blend
small amount of 'halba'
*1 packet of fish curry powder
*dry chillies-blend
* mix together into paste
coconut milk
tamarind juice
curry leaves
brinjal
cooking oil
salt to taste
1.heat oil, stir-fry the onion,garlic,ginger,curry leaves and halba
until golden color.
2.put in the fish curry paste and cook until oil seeps upwords.
3.add the coconut milk and tamarind juice.
4.bring to the oil,add the fish,brinjal and salt to taste.
cook until the fish is tender.
It's ready to serve!
