INGREDIENTS:
ikan duri
dried chillies
9-10 shallots
3-4 cloves of garlic
a little turmeric (powder also can)
a little ginger
a little shrimp paste
a little bit black pepper
water
tamarind juice
salt to taste
kesum leaves
kantan flower
tomato
cooking oil
1.blend the dried chillies,shallots,garlics,black pepper,turmeric and ginger.
2.heat oil,fry the shrimp paste until done.add the blended ingredients and
fry until the oil comes out.
3.add the fish,tamarind juice and enough water and salt to taste.
4.put the kesum leaves,kantan flower and tomato
5.cook until oil seeps upward and it's ready to serve!
