kuih kesui@kasui ..entah macam-macam panggilan... aku pulak biasa panggil
kesui. normally kuih kesui ni tak de apa-apa perisa kan?...tapi yang ini pulak, kita tambah perisanya dengan pumpkin@labu.
kuih ni kita tak perlu lagi nak makan dengan kelapa, makan gitu jer. ni cara2nyer...
INGREDIENTS
(A)
1 tbs dry yeast
1 tbs sugar
2 tbs flour
60 ml water
(B)
200gm pumpkin- boil and mashed/blend)
200ml coconut milk
300gm flour
180gm sugar
2 tbs baking powder
1 no eggs
* small plastic cup
1. combine A and mix together. put aside for 30 minit.
2. combine B and mix together and put aside for 10 minit.
3. combine A to B and pour into small plastic cup.
4. boil the water in the pot, when the water is boiling, then put the kuih
in for 20-30 minit.leave the kuih until they cool then kuih ready to serve!
